Marnie Lassen has worked in the environmental sector for nearly 20 years, most recently as CEO of Natural Carbon, and before that as an Executive at Trust for Nature, Victoria’s dedicated private land conservation organisation. A lawyer by training, she has benefited from two international fellowships focused on conservation finance.

An Aboriginal Australian Language historian and researcher from the Wiradjuri language group, Nola is the lead behaviour researcher on the Culture Normal Training Program, founder and content writer for Crackerjack Education, a recipient of the Indigenous Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship at the University of Melbourne and the Chair of 5 Bats, working with Aboriginal communities to restore original biodiversity.

Over the last 13+ years, Amy has applied her training in natural resource management and project management to policy development, operations management, and large-scale biodiversity restoration projects in marine, terrestrial and freshwater ecosystems.

Kathleen is an accomplished accounting manager with over 20 years of experience in financial management, particularly within the environmental sector. Her expertise includes managing financial operations and offering strategic guidance focused on sustainability initiatives. She is committed to integrating sound financial practices with environmental goals, thereby serving as a valuable asset in promoting sustainable business practices.
